We're fussy folk, here at cha. We also don't think it is unreasonable for people to expect the same level of service that we expect.
It is important to us that we understand how tenants feel about houses that we manage. We're also keen to know the experience of tenants more generally.
This online survey function seeks to provide direct feedback on real tenant experiences in the rental market.
Ask yourself... Would you have agreed to a 12 month lease if you knew the last tenant moved out because the landlord wouldn't fix the dishwasher?

Voicing your experiences strengthens the rental community. Share your honest rental story to help us champion for improved standards and tenant support.
There are two distinctly separate types of survey:

The first is to highlight any challenges that tenants may experience in the rental market. This can be anonymous. Anonymous survey responses, however, will not be included in the second, property specific, rating service.

The other is a rating of actual rental properties and property management services, so that tenants can be better informed. To participate in the property specific rating service, you will need to upload proof of your tenancy for the property that you are rating and proof that you are a tenant. Property rating data supplied will be moderated before publishing and only publicly available information will be included in the Rental Rating.

Tenant Experiences
To keep the survey from being too long, we have broken our questions into a couple of parts. You can respond to either survey, but responding to both will help gather your complete opinion.

The survey will allow you to provide your contact details. This is only so that we can link responses from different responses before publishing. Your personal details will not be published.
You do not need to provide your contact details if you do not want to. Unidentified responses may be identified as a subset comparison between verified and non-verified (anonymous) responses.
This survey is comprehensive so that we can build a complete picture of actual rental properties. It is estimated to take 15 minutes to complete.

Honest testimonials about actual properties will allow potential tenants to see what past tenants have had to say about the property that they are now looking at.
